    I generally bring back from the U.S. a 500ct bottle of generic ibuprophen about $12.00 per bottle, last months and months even after sharing with Asawa's family.

    I am not sure what variety of Arthritis he has, but I suffered badly with my knees, too much hard work in sport, and the removal of 80% of the cartilage in both knees. I find that a mixture of CHIA seeds and CELERY seeds makes an enormous difference. Like, at one time I could not walk properly, and now I can. Also if they get real bad, which is not all that often now, I use a cream called - Athro Aid - not sure if it is available here, I brought some with me from Australia.
