Yes Davy you are right but as I remember, it was Poo Pooed by City Hall and had to go up to the next Level and I believe that committee only sit once a Quarter. Whatever happens, his Fine for over stay is going to get bigger  Which I guess he will have to pay before he is allowed to leave or get deported.

    JP:bag: :whistling:

I think the fact that he had to go through 3 countries and visit several doctors to get the diagnosis that he wanted says a lot about his actual illness. However, I do believe that he has an illness. He posted a letter from his brother to his FB a while back ago that said he had a mental illness and his brother asked him to come back to Canada to get the medication that he needed. He is detached from reality and should take his brother's advice.

The guy in question was acting like he was blind to try to gain access to the mall with his dog. The Philippines is not the first country he has attempted this little act.

Lesson learned the hard way. He certainly has a disability, though I highly doubt it is a physical one. The guy had so many chances and was warned so many times to knock off the BS. I highly doubt his visa will be renewed...off to another country to start the cycle again.

Anyone remember the attention seeking pain in the bottom?

was laying on the floor outside robinsons with his no so "happy" dog?

is he still seeking attention in town?

    curious mind and all that
