Well Fellas, judging by the winey rant Mouse got in email, he may save us the trouble of banning him. Our great loss (according to him!).

None of those 4 would actually work well to the cities liking. Any one of those is enforced and instantly half the vehicles in Dumaguete are gone. I'd bet if all the common sense traffic laws were enforced and driver's were required to take an actual driving test that 75-85% of the current driver's in Dumaguete would lose their license and even lose their vehicles. We may then love it but the rest wouldn't. Even the trike drivers would hate it because would mean 90% of them are off the road.

And the problem with 50-75% of the unqualified drivers being taken off the road is what ???

Great for us. But for the locals and those collecting off those locals it hurts their pockets. Not a good move for any politician enforcing the law when the majority are breaking those same laws. I sure wish they would enforce the laws but its the Philippines, laws seem to be for the foreigners only often.

In most cases, hurting People in their Pockets, is the only way, they are ever likely, to learn anything and that's, Worldwide

Yeah, that would be her (we jokingly refer to her as "muffin top" as she wears her pants so tight).
