What should you do? Nightmare tenant.

Definately report it and drag the police if you have to to his doorstep even if it is elsewhere if you know where it is. No child needs to be dealt like that and we do NOT need these types of foreigners here at all.

 

Hopefully someone else from this forum knows this Guy or where he has moved to. What's the Guys name Nice ? Is his daughter ? half Philippino ? I hope it can be addressed in some way safely.. Take care all.

 

i dont think it's legal for me to give the guy's complete name here incase i get into trouble? but no, his daughter is not half filipino ( it his deaceased wife's daughter from a previous relationship), the girl is about 4 yrs old and she's pretty dark (used to live in siquijor) she doesnt talk all she knows is just scream. (mental issues.)

he drives a yellow suzuki multicab. his about 5'6 not tall, blue eyes and dark hair and average build.

Give his name and info to the police and immigration. you've got plenty of witnesses. Its been my understanding if he's not the "legal father" of the girl. its against Philippine law that he has her.

 

From what has been said he already IS a CHILD ABUSER!

Abuse comes in MANY forms! A Child does not ask to be born and does not ask to be neglected or abused, be it physically and/or mentally! They only want what they SHOULD receive, LOVE, CARE AND the ATTENTION that encourages them to be the best they can in life with no boundaries!

There is more than one witness in this case, therefore I would be asking those Witnesses to go with *you, (*nice_sherwood) or provide statements and give those to local Police (whom from what I understand will most likely file and forget) so I would also extend reporting this incident to someone like; Child Protection Program :: Department of Justice - Republic of the Philippines :: Tel: (+632) 523 8481, (+632) 523 6826 and leave it with them to track down this poor excuse for a human being and take that little girl away from him before you are reading much more terrible News on the front page of the Newspaper...

Adoption of this Child will be nigh on IMPOSSIBLE! As a Single Man with so many hoops to jump thru to prove LEGALLY that you are in a Relationship with the Girls Mother, then pay exorbitant Fees and go thru the process proving you are fit to be her Legal father, it sounds like this Guy is looking for an illegal way around the Legal process hence why he is in the Philippines rather than America if that is where he is wishing to take the Child to.

Here in Australia my friend was asked by his Filipina GF if he can care for her Daughter while she works abroad and send her to school here, but it is impossible for him to do that with the Laws as they stand which are mainly in place to protect Children from being put at risk, yes, some cases are genuine, but the Laws are there to protect the child from being placed at risk...

Until someone finds the guts to stand up and report this, I am afraid that this child will end up another silent victim of CHILD ABUSE!

I applaud you nice_sherwood and 100% believe you are doing the RIGHT thing by reporting this guy to as many authorities as you can! Trust your Gut instinct! God Bless you.

Oops! :o I see Larry already gave you the link. This IS the Path I would follow nice_sherwood after you have made your reports to the local Police. Best to dot the i's and cross the t's to be sure
