hey! remaking your own ghee there is a red canned butter from australia carried by lee plaza, hypermart and cangs on a fairly regular basis for around 400 pesos a can. its very good and i also hear making ghee is easy tho i never tried
In the past I've procured a rather large can of ghee at the Yan Yan Commercial store on the corner of Santa Rosa and Mabini Street. The can must have held at least a liter and a half so it should last you a long time.
Cool, thanks for the info! will check both. For now bought a 600ml can from lazada, happy with. But i come regularly in yanyan so will keep my eyes open there!
