The relatively new Sisig Burrito at Mooon Cafe is (according to my inside source) made from pig face and pig liver..

    Get it while it hot!

Sisig is a pig's ears, snout and liver, it's no secret.

For Filipino food, I like Sta. Teresa. They have two locations, one across from Uy Matiao on Dr. Locsin Street and the other on Hibbard Ave., near E.J. Blanco. It is a very clean cafeteria style restaurant; the food is generally hot (or they can heat it in the microwave for you), good variety, good quality ingredients, and good prices. The Hibbard Ave location is not air conditionned but lots of fans and they serve Lechon an Fridays.

Best restaurant in town, for food and service, including good English of the servers, is Fu Garden next to Hypermall.
