    emmm i just bought 2 small lamps on the market for 25 p. I would use them for blackout times or just to give some ambient to my terrace. People told me that i need kerosene, but i thought i would need some kind of oil. Kerosene and fire is a dangerous mix. what do you think?

    Asked at both servos near airport, first one said the next one sells it,,, tried the next one, got the blank look......
    So still looking ...........................

    Cant really see the lamp in the pic....but we used kero lamps years ago, the kero soaked up through a wick and burned, safe as long as you know what your doing with it.....

    Found kerosene, the caltex in town, on the corner of real st. and locsin st. ..... take your own container.. p40 per litre''
    They have plenty, even have a dedicated bowser for it.........
