    Is he upset because none of the money went in his pocket or is he truly concerned about the people he represents? I have a hard time believing that any politician is truly interested in the people they represent (and not just in the Philippines).

    This being the Philippines like most issues they rely on time expecting all parties to have forgotten the issue while the holders of the funds continue to party with the money.
