Which language to learn

I actually responded to the second portion where reference was made to another establishment in Duma frequented by foreigners. As far as I know, Coco whatever is not located in Europe.
For the record: I am originally from Europe and apart from specific lingo's related to technical fields or in business, people still mostly speak their native tongue (only to confuse foreigners, of course).
