I have been buying steaks and wine there for a long time. Wagyu steak is tender but expensive. US steaks are a crap shoot. Nice wine selection.

OK, first casualty. Just got back from a little shopping trip. Don Atilano along the Blvd. across from Bo's coffee, being renovated for the JLH Butchers that will be moving in next week. No signs indicating they have relocated.
No income, hard to pay for the space and not to mention what happens when property taxes come due along with license renewals.- Informative x 2

If you have a restaurant just as an activity to be busy ur it is needed for your living makes a bit difference but not important for me. I never talked about that with the owners.
Further I am a regular customer of restaurants over there but if not existing anymore you can hardly eat there I suppose. The range of restaurants developed a lot in 20 years from nearly zero to what it was a few months ago so it takes time to recover.
And there were many new ones in a limited market so what is the change in the near future.- Like x 1
