Didn't even notice and we're there every week. I was under the impression Ollette owned not only the building, but Don Atilano AND JLH. JLH is best deli in town, meat as good as Belcris with more manageable quantities. Mustards, pate, cheese, salami, hot dogs, wines, baguettes (after 12), easy PARKING.....

Atilano was great food, expensive, but marginal service (one main course, appetizer 15 min later, 2nd main course 15 min after that; that was our last visit two years ago.)

Jose Romero that's the main Valencia- Dumaguete road, diagonally opposite Bumblebees, just before Gas and Go. We're just in front of the car wash.

 

Today we have Dorado, nice plump shrimps.
Cream of fresh vegetables soup with homemade bread.
Pork chop, mashed potatoes, sage and onion stuffing and onion gravy

 

Tried to several times but they keep putting us in the wrong location.

 

Not restaurants, but across from Sans Rival Bakery, the Island Tours and Massage Parlor are now closed, the space is for rent. Two more bit the dust.

 

Well went into the new location of JLH Butchers in the old Don Atilano restaurant. Place is nice and they have set up tables for orders of food (did not look at a menu). Couple of expats sitting there having a beverage of choice. You can move around freely. A place worth visiting.

 

Is that the one that an earlier post said is opposite Bo's?
