I think you're asking the wrong people. I don't know why someone would knowingly hook up with a minor. You're just looking for trouble if you do so. But like every problem here, you can get out of it.....if you have enough money.

 

Not all men are doing it or are even thinking about. I believe anyone actively looking for minors are the scum of the scum. Unfortunately sex tourism is a very active and thriving business in the country. When you cater to this industry you should expect to attract such people.

 

I agree, both parties should be thrown in jail for a long time. But availability does not excuse the act.
