MANILA, Philippines - Fans paid a lot of money – make that a lot of good money – to witness the Fight of the Century between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao on pay-per-view at home or closed-circuit TV or live at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas last May 2.
