There are chemicals out there that can make people "love". MDMA (methylenedioxy-methamphetamine) is a psychoactive drug that is euphoric and empathogitic. It is usually taken in abusive doses in club settings but the drug was originally designed for psychotherapeutic purposes. Due to it's heavy misuse and being thrown on the illegal substance list it has become taboo for most researchers.

I agree if we are talking about people without medical/psychological issues. However, there are people who cannot normally experience these feelings due to medical conditions or past trauma. If a man has erectile dysfunction there is nothing a woman can do to change his ability to have sex. The same goes for women who have certain conditions.

    MDMA Short term-psychoactive effects:
    • Euphoria – a sense of general well-being and happiness
    • Increased sociability and feelings of communication being easy or simple
    • Entactogenic effects – increased empathy or feelings of closeness with others
    • A sense of inner peace
    • Mild hallucination (e.g., colors and sounds are enhanced and mild closed-eye visuals)
    • Enhanced sensation, perception, or sexuality
If research could be done to find the mechanism that triggers the "sexuality" part of this drug it could help women who are incapable such feelings.

But in the original article I posted thought it mentioned that the drug waiting for approval is psychological in nature and not physical so maybe they have found that trigger.
