    Yes, you can catch something from your neighbor - use a condom

    I agree. That is why I ALWAYS use a condom with my neighbor. I have no experience with the local cats and dogs, but maybe you could advise me what to do with them. What is your recommendation for disease control with the neighborhood cats and dogs? What do you do to protect yourself?

    I do not use a condom outside as I think it is against law (well it has got to be if you are a foreigner) to have public sexual activity outside. Doesn't it hurt to wear a condom outside all day, or at Robinsons Mall inside?

    While in Robinson's Watson Drugs I had to laugh. Right out in front of the prescription counter they is a large display of condoms. After all the battles with the RH bill for a decade, how could this be?

    Thank God prostitution is outlawed in the Philippines so we can enjoy are peace, without a piece.. O-|.. just like the helmet law... .hahahaha
