My house in Valencia. Had a break-in and a helper stabbed. sh*t happens and I prefer to be prepared for the worst. I don't think taking it out in town is really called for though (unless you are going to the bank or carrying around a lot of cash to make a purchase).

    Hi JP.

Ned Kelly was an Australian Bush Ranger ( Highwayman/Outlaw) who operated in Victoria Australia, in the 1800's. I don't think he was as sophisticated as Dick Turpin - lol - There have been several movies made about him, and yes, Mick Jagger did play Ned on one of the movies. There was at one time an 8,000 Pound reward out for him and his gang, which was a considerable sum in those days. He was unique in one sense, that he wore a suit of armour fashioned out of plough shares. He ws probably the most famous of the Bushrangers, but therewas also Captain Starlight and Captain Thunderbolt who both operated in New South Wales at about the same time. Among others of course. Ned Kelly migrated to Oz, with his Irish family, and fell on hard times, even before he started stealing he was accused of horse stealing, which at that time he was innocent, he escaped, and that put him on the run thereafter.

To go off topic you need to first have a topic don't you? How can you go off topic in an area that has no topic?

This is so vague . I can only assume you sat in a sauna multiple times after a Winged Glider simulation class, and beat up at least one German Midget in a bar fight over a half eaten hot dog!

Those who boast about their military service are usually the ones most full of sh*t and have the least experience with anything involving any real danger. I worked both as a soldier in Iraq (ATFP) and as a Navy contractor in Afghanistan (EWO).
