    When I look at all the GCQ, ECQ, MECG, cancelled flights, rebooked flights (cancelled again), two people per tricycle, one person per tricycle, ridding in tandem, not ridding in tandem, oh and don't forget to wear your shoes.
    TURKEYS is the second thing that comes to my mind. I'd tell you what the first thing is but I don't want to be in the time out box.
    @jimeve I don't think anyone intended to insult your efforts.
    I had BBQ turkey here a couple of times. It was surprisingly good .

    I get what you are trying to do and good luck. Are you selling live or dressed birds?

    If you are selling dressed birds for the holidays and have one from 12 lbs or more, let me know the price, I might buy one for Thanksgiving and one for Christmas.

    If you are selling live birds, no thanks.

    Yes........... This thread was created with the intention of selling live Turkey. As of the OP....... the birds were 6 months to 12 months as of last Feb: That would now be birds aged currently 10 months to 16 months Assortment of male and female. Last stated Jimeve said he had 20 left, but clearly he has let more go since that last number. Also stated was some are laying eggs and I imagine he has some younger birds.

    I think you don't understand the situation. My thread on the Farmers Market Forum is not for general discussion, it's for people selling livestock Period.

    The Admin moved the general comments from the Farmers market forum to Here. H Camper made a comment that was negative to my turkey thread.
    Nothing to do with taking it personally.

    I find it amazing to believe that one person's comment can have such a devastating effect on one person attempting to sell something. Especially since the comment was made in general terms and nothing specific on that one business.

    If you worry about one comment being perceived as 'negative' you might want to rethink doing business. People make comments about lots of businesses here. Just look at AndyFlip and his comments about Globe and others peoples comments on other businesses.

    But if someone believes that little ole me is that big of an influence on a specific business, then they give me more credit than I believe I deserve.
