    Guam while considerably more expensive does have better infrastructure and shopping but they are very similar to the Philippines in corruption and nepotism. In my own experiences there are more Filipino's living in Guam than Chamoro's (Local indigenous people of the Mariana islands). But I still go there occasionally for shopping as locally they are very limited for large American sizes.

    Hey Chikasha .........Principles are NOT controversial ! Some people have Principles , others do not. FALSE ADVERTISING is NOT controversial ........it is a matter of LAW ! Obviously you did not read the article in the link regarding management . Also , NOT controversial , but FACT !
