I just took the trip Bacolod to Dumaguete via Mabinay with Ceres bus, it took six hours. Three or four stops along the way.
The Driver told me that the return trip is the same as far as time and stops.

I am still waiting for the final words on the issue, I think I will not ask "Davy" to do it for me, while I am still waiting, I had some time to wonder about the "contradiction" we are facing, one way they tell us that we can not have it done here "if" our previous payments were "not" entered into their "system", but on the other side do they give us a printout of our payment status that obviously came from records on their system...
