I can not say I have success but have some experience. Planted yesterday a zucchini seedling. This is my third attempt. By the first they grew well but weak in the stem and gave some fruits but then the surrounding tree roots spoiled the fun. Second time I put them in a raised bed protected from roots. They grew well and to support them I made a 8 inch high 30 inch diameter circular plastic wire mess as support around the stem. They did well but before fruiting I had to pull them up bsc I could not keep them irrigated due to lack of water. With the bunch I will plant now I will follow the last procedure.
