If you’ve never visited the Dulce Vida Compound you’re in for a nice surprise. It’s a community of apartments and private houses that values quiet and beauty. A gated community with a night guard and a large middle courtyard and pool. The pool area is a popular gathering place for morning coffee or afternoon chats, swims, and pot-lucks. You can’t hear any roosters or karaoke here. The temperature here is cooler than Valencia which is a much cooler than the coastal towns.
