“Dumaguete” at once evokes images of world class dive and beach resorts, whale sightings, and wreck sites and reefs that swarm with exciting underwater sea life. But Dumaguete actually has more than these to offer. It is also havens for scholarly education and is in fact a major source of top education in the country.
