what are you expecting in this "hotel"? if you just need it as a room for your belongings and a bed while you go out for trips, try Natasha Homes in Banilad, a little out of the City but fairly inexpensive and secure Contact her on 035-4224579 or 035 226 1164 her appartments are easily big enough for 4 and she does them for 10,000php a month or 500php daily, say Jenny gave you the link and you'll get discount for sure! Her compound is really nice, very quiet by philippine standards and away from road pollution oh and there's a great on site resto-bar....mine lol
