    not really, Jimeve ....

for each 5 lines praising Cepu Pathetic you get one booking w/ credit card through.

additional 5 lines of an eulogy will be rewarded with a 3% discount on valuable merchandising Items like CP-t-shirt for only 500 peso sold on Cebu Pathetic Flights.

additional 5 positive lines let your public credibility run straight into the ground, but you get a CP-raffel-ticket to win a inflatable bathtub toy on the CP frequent-flyer x-mas party... what might be a bit a slow party with only 2 guests

Gee, such news. My Canadian Mastercard, complete with an Ottawa billing address works perfectly well.

It must be as Rhoody says. I'm saving for the t-shirt. XL, please!

    Booking on Cebu Pacific

I have booked a flight on Cebu Pacific today 22 Sept 2009. Firstly had to get a clearance from my bank, since my card was not accepted. The bank gave me an Intelvia card with a 10 digit number, and a pin code. So when the banks page comes up, you write in the 10 digit number, and the pin code as password. It appears to work. Good luck with your bookings

By the way, I leave in another few days for Duma, and haven't booked an extra for my guitar. There is no mention for musical instruments, only for sprorts goods. Does anybody know the situaton, since I don't wish to pay unnecessary money at the airport in Bangkok for getting my guitar on Cebu Pacific.
    Thanks for your quick reply.

    lesmbro,

there is no additional charges of the guitar since it is part of the luggage as long as you dont have excess.if you check it in, be sure theres a FRAGILE mark on it. have a nice trip ahead of you

Before you book, using your credit card, go to your bank and get an online banking card.
That means you re transferring money from your account to the people you wish to receive it. That way, the credit card works

    firefly,

maybe the reason why cebu pac charged you with travel tax because your passport is from your origin and youll only go hk for a visit or whatever purpose as other airlines do. But if you fly from RP to Brussels with a connecting flight to hk no airline would charge you with a travel tax because youre just coming back fron your origin.Well if your strategy is to only fly to HK so that you can get a cheap ticket from HK to brussels its okay but definitely all airline will charge you with travel tax if you only fly to HK for a visit.

    Wileiz,
In thirty years that i come to the Philippines i have never paid traveltax and as a foreigner living abroad i don't have to.
Since i arrived in the Philippines in september i bought my ticket Dumaguete-Manila-Hong Kong in Cebu (Cebu Pacific branch Fuente) without problem and without paying travel tax.
It is only in Dumaguete and i guess also other CP-offices that they refuse to sell a ticket "out of the Philippines" without traveltax. If You buy online You don't pay traveltax either and if you have to you conveniently can do so in the airport of your departure, but in the CP office in Dumaguete they refuse to understand that.
And i don't think that this traveltax go to the government either, where does it go?

Travel Tax of Php 1700 as far as I know is already factored in the tickets and is charged by the Philippines's Department of Tourism.
