The Streetdance Parade probably attracts the biggest crowd of each years Buglasan Festival. Even the sky opened its gates last Friday just before the parade was supposed to start, thousands spectators from all over Negros Oriental crowded the Streets of the City waiting patiently for the rain to stop. With some delay the Streetdance competition of Buglasan 2012 finally started. Sadly the sky was still dark and it was getting quite late. With lacking any sunlight, the brilliant colors of the costumes did not really come out. When they finally came to the spot we were standing, it was past 5 pm and starting to get dark, so picture taking was more or less limited to portraits, but the Boss was still able to get some shots which we are happy to share.
Wow, just Wow. Such effort they go to, to have some fun! Love it. Community spirit. I feel prouder of Dumaguete... :-)
