This would be my first time going to Dumaguete City. I need help because I'm from Cebu City and I heard this interesting Culinary School in Dumaguete City. It's Dumaguete Academy of Culinary Arts but the only problem is. I don't know where is this street located or is there any cheap hotels to stay in this area of Noblefranca Str.

just go to the middle of the Boulevard (there is only one) you will see a restaurant called Casablanca. DACA is just in the same building

Wreck, depending on your budget and taste, there are several resorts in Dauin not too far from the Boat area to Apo, they also have boats. A 5 star resort is Atmosphere, a 3 star is Bahura, I've stayed at both while diving. Just a little bit further away is Mikes Resort and El Dorado, both fine.
Personally, I would take the Apo boat from Dauin.

There is a Thread here about Siquijor Island itself that should give you a good idea. If you are just going there overnight, I would recommend renting a scooter at the pier in Siquijor Town. You can drive around the entire Island in a couple hours. Check out the Salagdoong Beach Resort & Hotel Agripino at Salagdoong Beach Resort/Hotel Agripino - Siquijor Province Official Website. The prices are reasonable, Php 800 for 2 people, with Aircon and hot water (no TV). They have a nice little beach (Saladopong Beach), salt water swimming pool and maybe the water slides that dump you into the sea are now working! The area is secluded so not much else to do around there, and, unless you are in Siquuijor on a Friday or Saturday night, there is not much to do anywhere on the Island except relax and swim. I would avoid travelling to/from Siquijor on Saturdays because half of the ferries don't run (Seventh Day Adventists).
