I'm sure the LTO has a list of country licenses they recognize but the bike rental place most likely won't care if your license is from the US or Zimbabwe.....so long as you have one and have the money to pay for the rental. They will get a copy of your license just so they know who to file a case against if you wreck or steal the bike.
They won't care if you are endorsed to drive a motorcycle or fly a fighter jet either. They really just want your money.
