Reason asking is that foreigners can not OWN any land in Philippines.
Are you a Filipino? If you are married to a Filipina you can buy land in her name but she is the sole owner.

    Hum .....

Im not sure of the great interest you have but I am well aware of the Philippine land laws as they are alot smarter than the laws of the USA . In the USA if you have money , come one come all . As for your concern , I am happily married to a Philippina and yes everything we OWN is in her name and my biological childrens' names (happily so) . I wouldnt have it any other way . I do thank you for your concern and interest though . Respectfully yours , ....Carl ..... PS Im sure you know that you can OWN non deeded property as a non Philippino .

I live under the same circumstances as you. When it comes to our property it belongs to my wife period. Foreigners can NOT own any land in Philippines. You can own the airspace in a condominium. Non deeded land....uhmmmm is that real property or maybe leased land or filipino family owned that you are allowed to use. Check it out further.... non deeded land for foreigners?????
Hope to hear from other DI members about owning any land in Philippines and if you know about owning non deeded land. Thanks.

    Cheers, Ron

Guitarjohnjohn, to get there, you only have to take the fast craft in Sibulan, it's not even 25 minutes, but only 20 minutes to get there. Upon reaching Liloan, Santander dock, follow the road to the left, you will find Villa Eden. It is only a five-minute walk from the dock.
