A couple of weeks back was riding the bike up some of the mountain roads above dauin and saw a couple of new signs for a waterfall so this week decided to visit and look around.
Easy to find as the turning is right on dauin market toward that upland resort,just keep following the road until you see the sign for the falls on the right.
It says 1km,hmmm not quite and all uphill,then you eventually will see another sign and thats where Nelson lives and he will guide you to the falls.
The path then drops into a small gorge with is steep so good footwear needed down to the river,we then walked up the river up into a pretty big gorge again and at the end is the falls and a couple of nice pools to relax in.
The water is quite warm as it comes from baslay hot springs further up the hill.
Its not developed at all as of yet but was very nice to see the place,bit of a killer going back up the hill to the top. Suggessted nelson he get a cooler with water and soft drinks to sell as im sure he would make a killing.
