Philippine Airlines recently upgraded it’s services between Manila and Brisbane, Australia to non-stop using the Airbus A340-300.
Before upgrading the route they were running to Brisbane using Airbus A320/321 and running Manila - Darwin - Brisbane and VV.
Darwin is no longer a PAL destination.
PAL to upgrade Brisbane to nonstop flights
Similar to the Manila - Auckland, New Zealand route which was also upgraded to A340-300 aircraft and non-stop with Cairns removed as a PAL destination.
