    The seven cities mentioned mostly have heavy traffic, pollution, beggars, and higher costs in some of the nicer areas, making Dumaguete look like paradise found. IMO

    What a crock of sh*t, have the writer spend 3 months in each of his "best" cities on a fixed budget and see what he writes next.. 100% bullshit list..
