    What's sad is that I can still remember their commercial Jingle in My head.. Bet Ya i can YouTube it.. Thanks for the link..

    Yes, that's about the time I was enjoying one where I grew up...in Canoga Park. I am familiar with Lancaster, I had a brother in Lake L.A. years ago, and a sister in Acton.
    You must be in the Bakersfield or fresno area?
    Thanks for the info, I wasn't really sure what happened to H salt.

    Thanks KDF, I am pleasantly surprised to see so many. The website also has a good write up on the history, and franchise info.
    I would much rather have a fish fry at Alan's and try some of his own home made!

    I live in ridgecrest and work on china lake naval weapons test station. I went to canoga park high from from 1981-1984, although I graduated from El Camino night school... Small world isn't it?

    Holy crap John, yeah small world. Canoga Park High School, Class of '82
    I worked at McClellan AFB for a spell, for the Feds as well.
    We should chat one of these days...I make the trip to LA a few times a year.

    Went past Annabelle Jeans yesterday, closed again for yet another "remodeling". Looks like it will have yet another "new management". Can't be much worse than the last management!
