I notice Rhoody has just posted that today is the last day for reporting.
I wonder if somebody could give me some info on this.
I entered the Philippines on a 13a visa, applied for a ACR card in Manila,
which I am now have, the card is good until 2015 and states that I am a permanent resident, I have not been informend by immigration that I needed to report to immigration, from reading the other postings, was under the impression I only needed to front up to immigration to renew ACR card.

Would appreciate appreciate some one putting me on the right track

    Cheers TD:smile:::smile:

yes you are required to report ...

not sure if they need to send reminders, it is somehow our duty as visitors to get the info and take the action for our legal stay ... and i messed it up several times now :(

It is our duty as Permanent Residents of Philippines to report to any Immigration Office between Jan 2 and the last day of february, every year.

    Annual Report Fee P300.00
    Legal Research Fee P 10.00

First year ACR Card is probationary. After nine month apply for a Permanent ACR card, it takes about 3 - 4 months to get it. It is good for the next five years.

Hi She and Me, thanks for the info, but looking at my ACR card states valid until 2015, does this mean it needs update in nine monthe or I am good for 5 years. Cheers TD:smile:

regarding 13A / ACR Permanent Resident.

Your card is good til the date showing on card..... apply for a new card 3 -4 months prior to expiration day. It takes 3 - 4 months to get a new one.

Along with the form and p310 I had to provide a recent 2x2" passport picture.

    2 Pictures 2x2

Could it be that the reason for new pics every year is that they keep track of how many foreigners are getting a face lift??????

    LMAO

Looking around at the big boys at the Mall, I figure a "tummy tuck" business would have more "potential" customers than face lifts. lol

Things are changing fast and do not be surprised if they implement a new requirement stating the following; FULL SIZE PICTURE IN PROFILE" 10"x10" plus a Photo Inspection Fee of P250 and a measurement Fee of P750.
    Just another GRAND!

    Still LMAO

    Benjamin.
