    Yeah- you too, Stella...hope to eat tugnos with you, too!
    - kinilaw tugnos
    - cooked green bananas, corngrits, and especially imported 'kayot' or unsweetened cassava cake from my beloved Siquijor...!
    - tugnos in olive oil/vegetable oil

    (the rest you may want to take, haha)
    (now we need some beach areas...)

    it is just so funny coz if we have party here in states, if someone will bring fish with head, all filipinos are in the kitchen eating fish using our hands :p but if we have party in the phils and if you put fish on the table, no body will touch the fish he..he.he.he.he.:D
