    Fish or shrimp cooked with their heads on actually taste better. However I can understand your reluctance. My friend (a chef) sucks the juice out of the heads and says it’s the best part! :eek:

    Marky that is an FANTASTIC pic! It makes me miss my motorcycle even more (although it wasn't as cool as your bike). After a hard day my favorite thing to do was to head to the mtns and maybe sing Kareoke at a little sari-sari store.

    I like sucking the heads from the shrimps, too. It's really quite flavorful.

    Pickled_newt I think it would be a good idea to keep some Virlix with you while you eat shrimps. Virlix works best for my allergies.

    Thanks Caymimi. Actually ,I only knick my children's soluble Piriton when in trouble,lol it has an adult dosage too,it works ...did it the other day again, d*mn I am really bad , have eaten some tasty portion of succulent prawns of a chop suey ,hard to resist from this Chinese buffet here.I need to be punished.:D
