If you wanna see the dolphins, i suggest you go the day before and stay the night in Bais. You need to be out where the dolphins are by 7:30-8:00 in the morning.I'm speaking from experience. If you go too late, there will be no dolphin sighting for you and you will have wasted your precious time and money.
There is a nice hotel where you can stay in Bais. It's called La Planta. It's very nice,clean, classy and affordable. You can also try to get in contact with the tourism office in Bais. You could rent a boat for a day.Ask if you can request one of their tour guides to go with you on the trip.It's good to have someone who is knowleadgeable about the dolphins and the bais bay in general.You can also chose to swing by the "sandbar" which is a mile long strip of white sand bar between bais and cebu before you head back home.It's so pretty out there.All you need to do is schedule it ahead of time and of course provide the guide with lunch or snacks.I will try to also get the tourism office phone number for you.You will love it !!
