I think the answer to your last question is yes. I see a lot of foreigners in banks transacting accounts, etc. I hope you decide to move to Dumaguete.

    Now that's FUNNY~
    :D
Here's my reply, when I searched "atm"...

    1. Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms.

The following words are either very common, too long, or too short and were not included in your search : atm

well, I actually do not think it is that funny, cause the answer is clearly written but not proper read.

ATM is not that common and not very long what leaves 1 option left.

You are also asking in your OP (original post) for 2 banks, that makes it plural (more than one) so I add a "s" . That makes it a longer word and also exactly what you where asking for.... ATMs.

Without being a smart-@ss, I guess it comes from the german-way of thinking, but I just searched exactly what you asked for.

That is also what I wrote in the other post:
the other option would be that due to english is not my mother-language I misunderstood your original question, in that case I apologize for posting the map and recommend to have a look at our content-pages where the same map of ATMS is published since a few years:

Anyone who is fluently multilingual has my respect.

Thanks again Rhoody, for patiently answering all those questions, asked by folks a little less thorough at using the search function than yourself.

Looking forward to meeting you face to face Sunday.

Peso and dollar accounts are available at most local banks.

Local peso accounts are available to anyone who will provide all the required information, identification, and minimum deposit requirements for the account you are trying to get. I use both Land Bank and BPI and have used local address and foreign addresses with no problems. BPI has online access even to the peso accounts. You need to find out your deposit requirements from the bank you want to use. Each have different deposit requirements and inactivity rules.
