⌛ Biowaste collection Bagacay?

Anyone else here living in Bagacay?

There seems to be a new regulation about what garbage is collected by the Barangay is not. We are paying a small amount for every sack of garbage that is collected.

A few months ago there was a notice from the barangay about the upcoming changes. Unfortunately it was on tagalog and the translation I got for the note are confusing lol.

My neighbour told me that we simply need to pay more for biowaste and buy extra tickets for it. But the barangay office says that they will simply do not collect biowaste anymore "because they can not use it".
The city hall just says that they dont know about the barangay regulations in Bagacay.

So, anyone got an idea what they really want?
Maybe they just want us to dispose it to the next empty lot or what?
