⌛ Birth certificate application for illegitimate filipina

I went through the late registration of birth for my niece to graduate high school in Cebu. She was born in Butuan, Mindinao so my wife who actually did the foot work had to make several trips there to take care of it. I have her half brother working as a houseboy for me and wanted to get him a drivers license but could not without a BC. I wasn't willing to go through the hassle again but if you are serious about this woman it is probably worth the trouble.

If this Lady has a license or is a high school grad then I would wonder about how she did it without a BC.

This only my experience others may know different.
