Hello, I am trying to find Beach front property or at least a view of it :-) I would like to ask you if you would not mind telling me how big of home you are building and approx cost. Hope you did meanwhile find some nice places.
If not yet and if also not judged too far from the city of gentle people, then also try our place in Maluay (Zamboanguita).
It is a subdivision "ApoVista Beachpark" from highway till beach and there are still lots for sale.

Our house will be at 4000 sq. ft. It is a level and a half. We have 300 ft. on the beach, just North of Malatapay market. We are next to Franz and Hans resort. We also have a large beachside pool as well, and a two car garage and helpers quarters. We also have a private road as well as fully walled and gated.

Our builder is Ben Lu, and he is doing an absolutely fabulous job. If you will send me a message, I will send you his phone number.

We also may have a lot for sale, as we just don't need that much ocean frontage to take care of. The lot will use our private road, and also be totally walled in. At this point, I doin't have a price or size, but can get that if anyone is interested.
