⌛ Can a foreiner open a PH bank account

I assume one can withdraw in Euro (you can with US $) and then convert at an outside money changer. Of course given how small Dumaguete is, their are surely some limits on the size of a Euro cash transaction.

Certainly not sir I don't do this things outside. I always ask them to come in my bank if they want that I change to them specially if it is very big amount. And if I need to pay big amount to somebody I do in the bank as well or else I do with manager's check they never make problems. and I never go around with money in my pocket just enough to make grocery though. Sure its not safe anywhere and most of all with regards to money. Thanks for the concern sir I appreciated it. claire
