Thank you Chrissar.We were there last august, we hired an atty also,it's still defficult , in case I can still hold on that.I will never put a house on it .As you know corruption there is everywhere,might only wait we put a house and they kick our @ss.

Our new atty. now is advising us, when we like to buy a land ,before that we have to make proper research and be sure the land is clean titled and when we like to build a house then wait until the land is titled under our name (its alraedy late for us now to understand land buying there) and as I understand that's the right thing you are doing now.Congrats! you are in the right path!

 

kai, that could have been the proper thing to do when buying lots, especially if lots are newly converted from agricultural to residential, inherited lots, common lots, etc,

Yes, many lands there have no proper papers, I have contacts with 11foreighners who are also victims of land buying there in PI it can really lost almost what you have ,you have to fight the people ,government ,etc....in the court until you die.REALLY SO BAD!!!
