I'm not too bright but I read pretty well. On the aircraft's side is the word "Zest". Does it say "Cebu Pacific" on the port side?

    Am I missing something, here?

ZestAir was Asian Spirit airlines and the plane a Xian MA60..a Chinese made one.
They had a few accidents with them...undercarriage problems.

guess they fly like my chinese bike runs. the engine is good but mechanic and electric sucks...

Having said this, just saw an offer of ZEST Clark - Boracay 788 PHP (one way - all in.... how true is that) .
guess "all in means" the landing gear and NOT the fees.... :p

CEBUPAC scared us witless sometime in May 2008, a Cebu-Caticlan flight. The pilot overshot the landing (that strip is way shorter than Dumaguete's runway), but we felt one, two bumps on the runway, before he decided to bring it up again, barely nicking the hills in front. He got it right the second time, but the worst part was not being given any explanation whatsoever about the situation, prompting one of the kids to shout what was on everyone's mind: ARE WE GOING TO CRASH? The captain was a veteran, former ATO chief Adelberto Yap. Apparently he's retired but has asked CP to retain him for certain routes since he loves to fly. There was also a young French pilot in the cockpit, but we never did find out (they weren't telling) who was at the wheel during that almost-disastrous landing.

    ^^

MPH (caticlan) run can't handle Airbuses...they can only accomodate turbo prop planes...Q300 for PALEx..and the ATR72 for 5J, but both if I'm not mistaken flies their weight restricted since both are not certified to land in such a short runway...
