    I made the rookie mistake of thinking "deluxe" may be an upgrade of some sort. As you mention, I got to Ceres and found the 10:10 was indeed a non-aircon bus so I got a ride to Sibulan and took the pump boat, a pedi cab up to the highway, and hopped on an aircon bus to Cebu. Perhaps the quickest route and not too costly. Not a bad experience. Thanks
