⌛ Ceres Liner & Safety...Responsible?

I have ridden the Ceres several times to Cebu and back and have not experienced a bad ride yet. I actually appreciate the skills the drivers have negotiating the winding roads of South Cebu island. I get me a seat on the right side of the bus most of the way back and sightsee. Much better than going by boat and dealing with the porters and taxi drivers in Cebu. The boats seem to be a riskier proposition to me. Oceanjet seems to cancel quite often due to mechanical failure.
