I checked the assortment of Chinese herbals available at Tops and Bottoms, and if anyone plans to go there and buy anything, it seems to me you'd better be able to read Chinese, There are several different herbals available, but to just walk in and try to pick one that will help in the way you wish, seems futile without some advance planning.
