in a non-smoking place i respect the right for clean air, but until they're all like that, i'll squat my arse in a smoking place and puff my ****ing head off, and your right, i don't accept your right to complain at me, complain to the owner who has the right to make HIS establishment smoke free OR NOT!!

i don't think so! i left uk for them sort of whako ideas, i;d leave here when them arsehole rules get brought in here, but i still think the car polution is far worse, you've just been indoctrinated with the bollox aimed solely at cigs! never the stuff that'll kill u faster, like all the pesticides that are used here, that have been outlawed in the rest of the "free world" lol
but there is an upside to dying earlier...... your pension has less time to devaluate!

 

Now I understand this Robert guy .I think instead to be hard on him.We have to pity him.He is one of the desperate expats there .....money just lost to something else and to forget the problems go on drinking .I think he had a high expectations before to live in paradise and live like a king, but he realised in the end instead to be like a king, he becomes the milking cow.lol.

i pity you tbh, you seem to attack foreigners at every oppertunity, why? there's good and bad in everyone!
I also had visions of living in paradise, but that was taken away from me..... by a pinoy! I also drink too much.....bad me! it's not to forget though, i wanna remember the b*tch and try an warn everyone else to be careful. but i never had any intentions of living like royalty, my ex-partner did! and treated the bar staff horrid at times, waiving her hand like the queen of england to get something done! Don't think all are as bad as others.

Your country, while appearing as a paradise is far from it, and i'm not talking from the foreigner point of view, you have a less than adaquate health service, where the general population can die of simple matters, you have no social security system, to help the poor and homeless, you police force seems to be one of the most corrupt i have ever seen and is need of some serious training, even if it's just on your own constitution!!! let alone how to be a decent police officer. your infrastucture is only about 50% of anywhere else. and the majority here sit and complain about foreigners!!!! while accepting a few hundred peso to vote in the next official, who will perpetuate the next generation of poverty.

i love the place and will be sorry to leave, for me with all the points above, and believe me i haven't actually thought to hard, about what this place is lacking, so there'll be loads missing!! the only thing i would change immediately is the structure of the police force, if they need a hand to sort it out, i'd be willing to help, but lesson 1 will be on the constitution of the Philippines, it's actually pointless having it, if they don't even follow it!

oooh and from reading this post i have established that Robert is an American, if you'd ACTUALLY bothered to read some other threads that i've commented in and you have replied!!!!! you'd know i was British, but you seem to always jump down peoples throats without actually understanding what's being said, I know your first language isn't English, as it isn't for many people on here, so i make allowances when it's mis-understood/written, but you seem to make a hobby out of condeming what you mis-read!
