Hi chrissar; When your house of your dream is ready to be built, will you be in
Dumaguete to fully watch or just to keep an eye on what they're going to do. You know I've heard horror stories about these particularly the builders or whoever is engineering the property, when owners are absent they tend to do things unlawfully. But not all are doing this kind of thing for sure. I'm sure you have an honest builder or contractor. Are you planning to work in Dumaguete when you move there? It would be a big change for you. Very good.
