    Here's a tip. When you come back, leave Mandaue about 4 am. You can get almost all the way to CarCar before the morning traffic gets heavy.

    Thanks everyone. Did one way today - 4.5 hrs from LiLoan to Mandau City (and what a God forsaken dump that place is) - solid traffic from Talisay all the way thru. I will never complain about the traffic in Dumaguete again.
