Valencia is beautiful and going past beyond the town proper isn't that crowded.Sibulan and San Jose too as you go up can get very nice over looking views .

I agree. These site are indeed beautiful! I hope we can have a look/see the area near the Twin Lakes of Balinsasayao. I am developing a Sudivision along the way up to the lakes. The entry point is somewhere after Km 12 going up to the breeding station in Balinsasayao. Take care and God bless...

Hello Tonyrems,

Few years ago, we bought a land in metro dumaguete (mountainous part).Just a catastrophy....(many problems land not titeled) We are now afraid to build a house on it, we are consulting an atty. , he said we shall not build a house on this kind of land.We are still interested to dwell somewhere near dumaguete city , but of course we want to be sure that the house we build must have a strong foundation (the land must have clean titled).I'm thinking that you are developing subdivision now, so I'm expecting that the lot all clean titled.Our next visit in PI, I'm interested to visit the subdivsion you are developing.
